Having established his golf operational experience in the UK with Marriott Hotels & Resorts and the Forest of Arden, Robert returned to Ireland in 1998 to establish Carr Golf Services with Marty Carr. As Operations Director, he oversaw the development of Ireland’s first professional golf business consulting company with 5 courses under management. In 2003, he founded Robert Hill Consulting to provide specialised golf management, marketing and executive recruitment services to the growing list of clubs and resorts throughout Europe and bring together a team with unrivalled expertise in the development, management and marketing of golf clubs and resorts.

Andy Hiseman
After 18 years the media, encompassing national press (The Sun, The News of The World), national radio (RTL, Radio Luxembourg, Atlantic 252), consumer goods (Hornby Hobbies), consumer magazines (Emap) and the internet (Ifyoutravel, Online Travel Corporation), Andy Hiseman began to supply independent executive / Board level support to golf businesses on a project basis in 2002.
Having joined the golf industry in 1996 as Advertising Manager of FORE!, he soon became Publisher of Emap's market-leading golf magazine portfolio including Today's Golfer, FORE!, Golf Weekly and Golf Industry News Europe plus the award-winning industry research Golf Futures (with The Henley Centre). After a further 18 months as Commercial Director of Emap Active's sports magazines unit (including Golf World and Match), and a two-year spell developing sports and travel websites across Europe he is now a full-time golf consultant. Aidan Bradley
Aidan Bradley is regarded as amongst the best golf course photographers in the world, widely recognized for his ability to capture the excitement and mood of a golf course.
